Quality System Factory Inspection

Factory inspection refers to auditing or evaluating a factory according to certain standards. It is generally divided into human rights inspection, counter-terrorism inspection, quality inspection, environmental inspection, and so on. Among them, the frequency of quality factory inspections is not high compared to social responsibility factory inspections and anti-terrorism factory inspections, and the audit difficulty is also lower than social responsibility factory inspections.

ISO9001 quality management system certification refers to the qualified evaluation of the operation of an enterprise's quality management system by a third-party certification body that has obtained the qualification for quality management system certification. Based on the officially issued quality management system standards, if the evaluation meets the standard requirements, the certification body shall issue a quality management system certification certificate. The quality management of ISO9001 certification involves organizational environment, stakeholder needs and expectations, personnel management, resource management, design and development, production process, performance evaluation, continuous improvement, etc.
It is the first set of international standards with regulatory nature issued by the International Organization for Standardization, and has been widely adopted by more than 180 countries.
